Designation: Guest Relation Executive (Female Candidate)
Location: Preet Vihar/ Chandigarh
Experience: 1 -5 Years
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Create bills for patients, collect fees and close accounts on daily basis
2. Ensures Financial Clearance of patient before discharge, Cash Handling & Deposits.
3. Do appointment booking and follow ups for OPD patients
4. Ensure that Patient satisfaction score is maintained as per defined benchmark
5. Counsel patients and resolve their queries
6. Manage the department operationally- coordination with doctors and patients
