1. Coordination and detailed counseling of patients and their families for organ donations.
2. Legal formalities & Preparation of committee paper.
3.”Form a Committee for Organ Transplant Authorization / Competency.”
4. Conduct Organ donation awareness program at various levels .
5. Maintain complete database of recipient & Donor (both live donor and cadaveric donor) for new scientific inventions.
7. Managing Transplant OPD, IPD & Transplant ICU’s.
8. Managing patient flow, documentation and stock of ICU’s, Pre & Post ICU’s.
9. Managing patient movement & Discharges through HIS
10. Preparing Monthly & annually census & utility records.
11. Addressing queries of department, attendants & other staffs
12. Coordination with OT, Transplant ICU, Cath Lab, CCU, ICU information desk & medical social workers.

1.3 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙚:
