1. Preferred Qualification- Graduate, Post Graduate. Preferably an MBA / Business. Preference will be given to MBBS candidate.
2. Total Years of Experience / Role & Responsibility –
a. 12 years to 15 years in managing hospitals (approx 200 to 250 bedded hospitals) as Unit Head.
b. Experience in handling the business functions like Marketing, HR & Finance. c. Responsible for P&L Account & Revenue Generation of the hospital.
3. Location – Jajpur-Kalinganagar, Odisha.
4. Association – Full Time
5. Key Skill required – 1. Team Building & Leadership.2. Hospital Administration & Operations Management. 3. Marketing & Business Development. 4. Risk Management & Cost Analysis. 5. Stakeholder Management.6. Liasoning with the Government Authorities.7. Facility Management. 8. Should have good soft skills such as communicator, thinker, innovator & collaborator.
6. Roles & Responsibilities –
1. Would be responsible for managing the strategic & day to day operations of the entire hospital- Clinical & Managerial, Business Development, Quality System, Patient Care, Finance oversight, HR & General Administration of the Hospital.
2. Will ensure that the facility supports the hospital clinical work with sound financial investments, staffing patterns & adhere to hospital policy & procedures.
3. To implement & facilitate channels of communication with clinical & non-clinical staff.
4. Would be responsible for developing new business models considering market conditions & untapped opportunities.
5. Building Strategic marketing plans & new developments by researching the local market.
6. Strategizing with long term as well as short term business directions to ensure maximum profit with designated objectives. And also needs to develop new streams for long term revenue growth, tap new markets & coordinate with channel partners in order to penetrate these segments to expand business & generate revenue.
7. Would be responsible for sales promotional activities as a part of brand building by mapping target customers/audience & also explore digital marketing.
8. Responsible for Policy Formulation & implementing quality system (NABH).
9. Will also be responsible for regulatory & statutory compliance of the hospital.
