Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Receptionist:
-Welcome and assist patients and visitors courteously.
-Coordinate and verify appointments.
-Direct incoming calls to the relevant departments efficiently.
-Ensure confidentiality of patient records and maintain accurate data.
-Address inquiries regarding billing and insurance promptly.

2. Lab Technician:
– Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests.
– Maintain stringent quality control to ensure accuracy in testing procedures.
– Document and communicate test results promptly to physicians.
– Collect and process blood, tissue, and other samples.
– Operate and maintain lab equipment.

3. X-ray Technician:
– Utilize X-ray equipment to capture radiographs of patients.
– Prepare patients for radiographic procedures.
– Ensure safety protocols are followed to protect patients from radiation.
– Maintain and update patient records.
– Assist radiologists in diagnosing medical conditions.
