– Expertise in managing multiple positions by headhunting, sourcing, screening, qualifying, coordinating interviews, negotiating, and closing candidates.
– Expertise in hiring Senior Level, Middle level and Junior Level positions for Medical, Non-Medical, Paramedical & Support functions.
2. Deputy Manager / Manager – Talent Management / HR Operations
– Candidate should be from HOSPITAL BACKGROUND ONLY
– Should be post-graduate / MBA from a reputed Institution.
– Should have 9 to 15 years of experience in Hospital HR Operations
– Should have good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
– Should be responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle.
– Should have good exposure in NABH protocols / guidelines
