Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities:- for Senior HR Manager
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital’s objectives.
2. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the selection of top-tier talent.
3. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
4. Design and execute effective training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
5. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
6. Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee recognition programs.
7. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
8. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and devise workforce planning strategies.
9. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
10. Implement and maintain HRIS systems for efficient data management.
Qualifications:- for Senior HR Manager
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager in the healthcare industry, preferably in a multi-specialty hospital setting.
3. Strong understanding of healthcare-specific HR challenges, regulations, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus.
